Young-12 is on the first floor of the Young house. A spacious suite that has a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a Queen bed and an aesthetic fireplace. One of the more romantic rooms. The bathroom has a tub / shower combo with pedestal sink. Unique arched windows really set off the room. Don’t be worried about being on the first floor next to Frederick Street. The windows are doubled with 1/2″ plexiglass and provide amazing sound proofing. Occupancy 2.
