Family Room
Young-13 is a newer addition to the Young house. Installed on the lower side of the house, it is partially in ground providing a superbly quiet and dark room. The bedroom has a Queen and 2 Twins. The main hall connects an alcove with desk to the cozy sitting area. Many nooks and crannies allow for personal space for studying. This room is a favorite of our college groups that come to see Shakespeare. We also use this as one of the pet friendly rooms. Interesting point of note, when you step from the hallway into the bedroom that thickness is the central foundation wall (~18″ thick). Occupancy 4.
